Our Process

The first step to our sloped roofing projects includes us coming to the property and inspecting the roofing surface. We must know what is going on to appropriately determine the best course of action. We communicate what we find with you and help you make the best decision for your situation.

Once we have inspected the roof, we present the solution, scope of work, and budget. Our team will go over the different materials we can use for your project. If you decide to move forward, we will discuss schedules and begin to place the material order.

The next step is to complete the sloped roofing project. Most residential jobs can be completed in 1-2 days. Our roofers come out and work diligently on the roof and clean up once the project is finished. We encourage our customers to ask any questions or raise any concerns they have throughout the build. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.

Once the work is finished, we will do a walk-through of the project and show you that everything was done just as we said it would be. We submit the final payment to your insurance company or to whoever is paying for the roofing project. Our company has been around for 30 years and stands behind our warranties.

  • Do you provide written documentation?

    Our Estimators are very knowledgeable will walk you through the written contact and answer any questions you have. No part of the agreement should be confusing or left “up in the air.” Every aspect of your roofing installation is professionally documented.

  • Do you tear off the old roof?

    Some roofing companies will install new shingles over an old roof.  However, this is not a recommended approach.  First it adds additional weight to a roof that is already aging and could possibly require new decking.  Second, it doesn’t address any underlaying problems, such as damage concealed by old shingles.

    In this way, slapping new shingles over an existing roof is a lot like putting a band-aid on an infected wound. You can cover up the damage, but you do nothing to treat the real source of the injury.  It can be an effective and cheap short-term solution, but it will cost you a lot more in the long run. Therefore, we always fully replace the existing roof system.
